A true Sundried Natural, characterised by the floral and citrus notes you might expect from exemplary Yirgacheffe coffee. Ripe Grade 1 Heirloom cherries are meticulously graded, placed onto raised drying beds in thin layers and turned every 2-3 hours in the first few days. After 4-6 weeks, when the beans reach optimum conditions they are sent to mill in the Aricha woreda and then transported to Addis Ababa where parchment is removed before international departure. The Aricha woreda comprises 1300 hectares, managed by 650 farmers and is a host to a wealth of biodiversity.
